How do I place an order?
We have made purchasing on line a simple and secure process.
After you have chosen the desire product, you just click the "BUY NOW" button. The product will automatically add to the shopping cart. You can input the quantity you want to buy. After that, if you are decided to buy, just click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button to continue. Otherwise, if you are decided not to buy the item, just select the item(s) and click "DELETE", and you can continue shopping and browse other products.
Before confidential information is requested you will be transferred to a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is commonly used for managing the security of message transmission on the Internet through the use of public-and-private key encryption and a digital certificate that establishes your credentials when doing Internet business or other on-line transactions. An independent certification authority, issues this certificate.
You will then need to enter your payment details including your card details and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorised through PayPal, an independent Internet Payment Service Provider.

Is there a maximum order quantity?
Yes. Normally we will not accept orders for more than 10 units of any one individual product. Should you wish to purchase quantities greater than this, please contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the cancellation, returns and exchange procedures?
You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed with us or exchange any item purchased from us for any reason whatsoever until 7 days after the date on which the product has been delivered to you, provided you have not used the product or, in the case of software, audio or visual products, have not unsealed its packaging.
To allow us to provide an efficient service please initially contact us, ensuring that you can inform us of your order number, whether the item is faulty and if you wish to exchange the item, the style, colour and size of the replacement item.
A copy of the original despatch note will also need to be included in the package for any products returned to us.
All returned goods should be sent to the address provided by us. All goods must be returned at your own cost unless they are faulty or supplied in error and we recommend as a minimum that a certificate of posting is obtained for all products returned.
A refund for the cost of the purchase price excluding delivery charges will be sent to you within 7 days of your notifying us that you wish to cancel your order and receipt of the goods provided that the above process has been adhered. Likewise refunds for faulty goods or goods sent in error including delivery costs will be made within 7 days of you notifying us and the return of the goods.
